Memento Mori Tarot 🌺 A vivid 78-card tarot deck honouring life, death, and ancestral connection

💀 A celebration of life, remembrance and the certainty that nothing lasts forever.

Memento Mori Tarot is a 78-card deck inspired by the vivid imagery associated with Día de los Muertos and the centuries-old idea of memento mori: remember that you must die.

But this isn't a deck simply about death.

Filled with colourful skeletons, decorated skulls, roses, candles and joyful imagery, Memento Mori explores the relationship between life and death, endings and beginnings, memory and change. Mortality is present throughout the deck, not as something purely frightening, but as a reminder to notice, value and celebrate the life we're living now.

Traditional tarot structure and symbolism run beneath its distinctive artwork, creating a complete 78-card deck that can be used for everyday readings as well as deeper reflection.

Its themes make it particularly suited to questions around transformation, endings, remembrance, ancestry, legacy and moving from one chapter of life into another. But its vivid colours and lively characters prevent the deck from ever feeling sombre or oppressive.

There's darkness here, certainly, but there's also humour, beauty, celebration and an enormous amount of life.

Bold, colourful and wonderfully unconventional, Memento Mori reminds us that knowing life is finite is one very good reason to live it. 💀🌹
