📰 Looking Back at a Wonderful July
As we step into August, I thought it would be lovely to take a moment to look back on what has been one of the busiest and most exciting months here at Hattie Thorn Tarot Emporium.
July was a whirlwind of creativity, packing parcels and making countless trips to the post office, as two brand new decks found their way out into the world.
The month saw the release of Midnight Press Tarot, inspired by the golden age of newspapers, magazines and cinema, alongside Wish You Were Here? Tarot, a light-hearted celebration of Britain's wonderfully cheeky seaside postcards.
Launching a new deck is always exciting, but what I enjoy most is hearing from you once your parcels begin to arrive. Reading your messages, seeing your photos and hearing how you connect with the artwork is one of the greatest rewards of creating tarot. Every deck begins as an idea in a sketchbook, so watching it become part of your reading practice is something I'll never take for granted.
July also brought a little seasonal surprise to every order.
If you've placed an order recently, you may have discovered one of my new gold seaside-themed charms tucked inside your parcel. From tiny shells and starfish to other little treasures from the sea, I wanted to add a little touch of summer to each package. I've genuinely loved choosing a charm for every order, and I hope they bring a smile when you unwrap your deck.
As always, every parcel is carefully packed by hand with a crystal and one of my handwritten card pulls. Those little finishing touches have become such an important part of Hattie Thorn Tarot Emporium, and it always makes me smile when customers tell me they enjoy opening the parcel as much as the deck itself. That means more to me than you could ever know.
Thank you, as always, for supporting my little business. Whether you've been here since my very first deck or have only just discovered my work, every order, every message and every kind word helps me continue doing what I love.
As the seasons begin to change, my sketchbook is already filling with ideas for the months ahead. Autumn has always been my favourite time of year, and I have a feeling the next few months are going to be full of cosy creativity, exciting new projects and perhaps a little Halloween magic too.
I can't wait to share it all with you.
Much love,
Hattie ✨🔮
